About us

Welcome to Apartmány České Žleby

A family-run apartment house in the heart of the Šumava mountains.

We fell in love with this place, and this October we decided to give the house a new life for our guests. We're updating it step by step so it keeps its charm while giving you the comfort you'd expect from a friendly family stay.

My name is Daniel Honzík and I like to look after my guests personally. I've worked in hospitality and on other service projects where the personal touch matters most. So I believe a good stay isn't only about a nice place and a well-equipped apartment, but above all about how you're treated, feeling at ease, and knowing you're genuinely welcome.

For us, České Žleby is a place to rest, slow down and be close to nature. The forest starts practically behind the house, the whole of Šumava is within reach and the Bavarian border is just a short way off. There's plenty to do outdoors, and just as much room to relax.

I'd be really glad if you enjoy your stay, feel at home and join our happy guests. And if you need anything during your stay, I'm here for you.

Looking forward to seeing you in České Žleby!
