Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to bookings of Apartmány České Žleby, České Žleby 51, 384 51 Stožec, operated by abydlíš s.r.o., company number 24581232, registered at Husovo náměstí 175/17, 289 22 Lysá nad Labem, Czech Republic, arranged directly with us through our booking system, by phone or by email.
Booking and payment
A booking becomes binding once the full stay price has been paid. You pay it when booking, through the payment gateway; we hold the dates for a limited time until it's paid.
Minimum stay
We book the apartments for a minimum of two nights.
Arrival and departure
Arrival is contactless: you can arrive any time from 14:00 on the day of arrival and let yourself into the apartment with a door code. We email you the code once you have completed the online check-in, at the earliest three days before arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 so we can prepare it for the next guests.
Cancelling a booking
Cancellation fees are calculated based on how close to arrival you cancel:
- more than 30 days before arrival: we refund the full price paid
- 14 to 30 days before arrival: we refund half the price
- less than 14 days before arrival: no refund
The local tourist tax is always refunded in full when you cancel.
Please send your cancellation by email, so we have a clear date of cancellation on record.
Local tourist tax
The municipality charges a tourist tax for every guest and every night. We collect it together with the stay price, so it's already included in the total you pay when booking. The booking summary lists it separately.
Children under 18 don't pay it. If you cancel your booking, we always refund it in full.
Liability and house conduct
Please treat the apartment and the grounds the way you'd want guests after you to treat them. You are fully liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
